An orthodontist is a doctor that specialises in orthodontics. These doctors have additional extensive speciality training on top of their general dentistry degree, and are registered specialists in the field of orthodontics with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

When should you get orthodontic treatment?

Orthodontic treatment is important for your teeth and facial structure. Anyone with jaw or tooth concerns is eligible for orthodontic treatment, including children, teens and adults.
